Coating

At NTZ Coating we strive for surface treatment of exceedingly high quality. Our craftsmen work with precision and attention, supported by a NACE Coating Inspector (Level II). But partnership is also important to us. We like to work with you to find solutions that meet all your needs. We are flexible. Would you like to come visit us in person? Our clients come from a wide range of sectors, including mechanical engineering, oil and gas (maritime and offshore), agriculture and horticulture, commercial construction and renovation, and infrastructure and spatial planning. We do this mostly in the Nijmegen area, as we have done since 1939.

Our facilities

From preparation to after-treatment, at NTZ Coating we have the facilities to do everything in-house. Our state-of-the-art equipment enables our skilled professionals to get the job done perfectly every time.

Mechanical preparation

We have been surface blasting, by hand and with machinery, since 1934. We are also experts in metallising (metal spraying).

Chemical preparation

Submerged in baths for KTL / E-coating or through the spray tunnel for optimal protection.

Powder coating

As a long-standing trendsetter, we can provide first class powder coating of the largest and heaviest parts.

Wet painting

We have been spray painting for nearly a century. Today, we use state-of-the-art techniques and a wide range of measuring instruments.

Mechanical preparation: manual blasting

Blasting is a time-honoured technique for surface preparation of metal. At NTZ Coating, we do this by hand.

Mechanical preparation: metallising (metal spraying)

Zinc spray metallising is a manual galvanisation method. This is also called ‘thermal zinc metal spraying’ or just ‘metal spraying’.

Powder coating

We provide first-class powder coating of parts weighing up to 400 kilograms.

Wet painting NTZ

We have been wet painting for nearly a century. Today, we do so in a brand-new spray booth with optimal LED lighting.
