Plastic profiles painting line
We have a special painting line for plastic profiles in our posession, in which we can paint profiles up to seven metres automated.
Every desired plastic such as composite & PVC can be treated in our painting line.
CORONA
SURFACE TREATMENT
For this painting line we have a Corona Surface treatment at our disposal.
During the Corona treatment the surface will be shot at with a high-voltage discharge.
Because of this the surface will oxidise and become polar which will result in adhesion of coating.

The plastic profiles kan be treated in a variety of colours, finishes and textures.
